    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;i'm in edmonton and would really like to spend some if not all of the season on a mountain.
&lt;br/&gt;any scoop would be much appreciated.  jaspr, banff, bc rockies, whistler!, whatever......
&lt;br/&gt;just need a cheap place and a job that will cover the basics of life with plenty of time to hit the slopes.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;i am 30+, male, post-grad degree - finance/ accounting / it (mcse) ...... but obviously just need whatever available - dish washer, whatever!

    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;I have enjoyed traveling through the Kootenay Region,
&lt;br/&gt;including Lake Kootenay, Nelson, Creston, Cranbrook,
&lt;br/&gt;and Kimberly. Do any of you frequent this region?
&lt;br/&gt;I try to keep up with what is going on there, but  the
&lt;br/&gt;national press Web sites (e.g., Globe and Mail,
&lt;br/&gt;Toronto Star, www.cyberpress.ca, etc.) usually don't 
&lt;br/&gt;even mention this area at all. Any suggestions?&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br/&gt;I went to the Canmore Ice Fest year before last, but it was - 40 and the ice was a little hard for this Southerner.
