Banff National Park trail conditions page -- other pages exist for the other parks -- http://www.pc.gc.ca/apps/tcond/cond_E.asp?oPark=100092 Looks like the lower-altitude trails are listed as hikeable rather than skiable, but still wet/slushy/snowy. Not enough snow for skiing, not dry enough for hiking, apparently.
